On my first appointment with Tracey Morris 3 years ago , I walked in to know from Fiona( admin) that, Tracey has cancelled the appointment because her kid is sick, I was in complete shock, because she never rang me, text me or send me any email, and they are so rude, even to apologise, and that was my first ever appointment with her, I was pregnant with my second child that time. I took my son back home , and then she did this again after few appointments, without any notification, I was so angry at that time, and the admin lady kept on saying , I apologise"

Friendly, polite and professional. I have always felt valued at this establishment, and their knowledge and expertise are second to none. They are always available to discuss any concerns I may have and provide advice which I can then take away, think about and make a decision on. SO happy to have found this place :-)

Can you give no stars? Unprofessional, non communicative, changes and shortens appointments without prior notice planning or arrangement. Then charges a higher price point for lower service and lack of service. What gives Tracey and team? We booked and arranged an hour appointment for our child, not a half hour! You knew for a long you were going away, NO NOTICE TO US OR OTHER FAMILIES!This is not the first time you and your other staff have Let us down!Probably the last as we walk. Wasting more money with more psyches and speechies going over old ground yet again. Thanks for nothing Tracey Morris and team.Sorry I have to give 1 star, as ggle won't let me give none, as We - My family - go into another long weekend not knowing who or where we can find help for our child and family. You are contributing to our house being out of control. Happy NZ holiday to you. Thanks for nothing. I hope all the other parents and children let down today also leave poor feedback for you to. Honestly, the service here is not good at all. The amount of times appointments have changed suddenly mistakes being made on appointment bookings and therapists cancelling last minute has been very disruptive to say the least to my daughter's therapy and just downright frustrating! However, some of the therapists here are very good which is a shame as if only their service standards can pick up a little.

I took my son to Little Kingdom due to his stutter. I wasn't sure of what else to do, as I had never experienced this before. Kylie (speech pathologist) was able to re-assure me about his condition, and provided us with some great strategies to help him. These did work well, and he is already so much better, as they would say 'smooth talking'. The fee is a small price to pay for such great professionals, and an inviting clinic.

Absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend highly enough! The staff are amazing and my son loves it so much!

My son goes to see the beautiful people at the little kingdom and they are amazing with him. Paula, Chole, Paris, Georgina plus the rest of the gang adore my child and give him the help he needs. Thank you

Amazing staff who are always accommodating and provides tailored service to clients needs. It's hard to find a service so close to home which not only is inviting but professional. Couldn't be happier. Keep up your amazing service guys.

Your one stop shop for early intervention services. We have been so impressed with the progress that has been made for our little one using the psychologis, speech pathologist and occupationa therapist. They go the extra mile and provide excellent feedback and tools we can use at home. 10/10
