Happy with my appointment today - teeth cleaning experience was good - “sunshine and flowers” compared to previous cleaning experiences with other dentists. The dental nurse’s deft hand with the saliva suction instrument was a stand-out - if only she had stayed for the whole session.

I usually find dentist appointments to be unpleasant and I have had judgmental comments in the past but Dr Parul was extremely gentle and non-judgemental. The dental assistant did a great job, and the receptionist was lovely as well. Would highly recommend.

First visit here. Everyone was very friendly. I saw Dr Graff he was very nice and explained all my options with recommendations of treatment. He did a great job and showed me before, during and after photos. I am happily returning to this practice.

I would highly recommend Dr. Parul at Butler dental. Myself have high anxiety for a dentist due to bad childhood experience. From the moment I walk into Butler dental everyone were so lovely and put me at ease. Dr. Parul just knew how to make sure that I feel safe and comfortable during my consultation and the sedation process that I under go a few weeks later. Butler Dental was recommended to us by another family whose children have been going there for years. We are also very happy with the work, demeanour and recommendations of the dentist. Lovely staff and very professional. Happy that my 9 year old was able to have her filling without any tears or anxiety at all. She wasn’t even aware of the numbing process.
