Staff are very enthusiastic , knowledgeable and helpful. The Warana store is only a showroom but with extensive furniture setups so you can get an accurate idea.As I said before it is a showroom and if you buy you have to consider delivery (not inconsiderable cost) or you can pick up from Deception Bay warehouse.Good quality stuff to choose from by the way. We bought some.

What a pleasant experience, the team at Outdoor Elegance have excellent product knowledge and take the time to make sure the furniture you choose will suit the outdoor environment such as a full sun position. They have the widest range of settings we have seen on the Sunshine Coast and the prices are extremely competitive. The setting we chose was delivered within a couple of days by a courteous and caring delivery team. We will certainly recommend Outdoor Elegance to anyone wanting outdoor furniture.

Purchased an outdoor table and chairs in aluminium. Very happy with the product. Importantly the staff were just superb at organising delivery in a difficult COVID-19 challenge. I cannot rate them more highly

Just bought some beautiful outdoor furniture here.It wasn't cheap,but worth the money,warranty on all fabric and frames.We actually got an $800 discount.Delivery guys were fantastic,friendly and obliging.

Do not buy!!!!! We were told our outdoor Maldives setting was designed to be outdoors and won’t fade. After just 18 months of being undercover but getting a bit of sun from an angle the glass top has discoloured badly. Outdoor Elegance won’t stand by their product and claim the warranty doesn’t cover the glass or any fading of the furniture!

From the showroom to the delivery, service by all staff was exemplary. Greg and the staff at the shop were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The delivery service was not only on time but early, and Tristan and Mark could not have been more helpful, polite and respectful. I will definitely consider more purchases from this company. Walked in-store last week looking for a large outdoor dining suite. Service by Greg was prompt, friendly, informative and not at all pushy. He showed me a range of options and was negotiable on even a sale price. After comfortably browsing for almost an hour, I made two selections. Greg emailed me quotes immediately. I made a decision, and paid the following day. My order was delivered the day after that. How easy was that! Great service, and extremely happy with the product also. Highly recommended! I recently had an issue with an aluminium table which I purchased when the store was Get Outside. I contacted the store via email and was contacted by Tony (warranty rep). Tony could not have been more helpful. He promptly made a decision to replace the table without any hassle whatsoever. Tony was courteous and very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company who stand by their product and ensure customer satisfaction. Well done Outdoor Elegance!
