Terrible system, not user friendly, old and antiquated. Customer support non-existent...

Very hopeless system. Should be replaced soon.- No basic function such as:1) auto generation of invoice instead of manual typing.2) report generation with the ability to generate purchase orders based on invoice no. /vehicle IDs.- System not responding every day. I have to restart the program whenever it is not responding.- Staff response to issues very slow. It takes at least 2 days for them to create a ticket once I send a query. Even after a ticket is created, it takes FOREVER to resolve it.- System has problem integrating budget file and we raised an issue to Titan. However, it has been over two months and still no progress.Meantime, they don't provide any progress update to users. I have to keep tracing them by phone call.- Old-fashioned interface.
