Alterations 4 U

Dose not listen to your request, I took a suit jacket to him to shorten the arms, advised of the length I wanted and went to pick up it was too short asked to get it fixed he said ok come back in 4 days went picked it up and it is the same length. I must say they are quick but not quality.

I bought my dress here for alterations and need to get it fixed urgently. The ladies working there are so lovely and helpful. I got my dress fixed beautifully and just in time for my event. I am very satisfied with the quality and service. Highly recommend!!!!!

Terrible experience. Bad customer service at every stage and we specifically requested extra material to be left on pant hems for when my daughter grows to be let back down. This request wasn't done with no apology or reason. Do not recommend at all.

Very bad customer service from the male worker whilst being rude and passive aggressive. Mother took a $$$$ dress to be tailored and he used normal scissors to cut the bottom of the dress. Once on, the dress looked much shorter from one side compared to the other. We called to speak with the man about this and he refused to fix it and then closed the phone mid conversation. Called back to see why he closed the phone mid conversation although he did it again. We will now have to travel back to the shop in person to deal with this man because he will not fix the dress or provide a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE attending this tailor shop unless at your own risk.

very fast, got It within an hour. Did an excellent job on the hemming , will come again.

Has to be the worst in the area, took 2 pairs of business suit pants to be taken up and slightly tapered. Specifically told him to not do them too tight or fitted as I want them a bit looser for work. Completely ignored my request and made them ridiculously tight and unevenly tapered. Will not go back. Didn’t even provide me with an invoice or receipt.

Incredibly rude service from the male worker there. He berated me for the lopsided style of dress I brought in and was so aggressive and careless when placing the sewing pins while I had the dress on, as the pins painfully poked me. As it was already such a horrid experience with him trying to place sewing pins into my dress (that also painfully poked into my skin multiple times) to see where it needed hemming, I was very taken back and unhappy so I told him I changed my mind about needing my dress fixed - I made the quick decision to leave without having it altered.I had a very bad experience and would not recommend based on my own personal experience.

I've been a loyal client for over a decade! 10/10 service. Very efficient and no fuss. The job is done without any hesitations. Thank you for the ongoign attention to detail and ensuring all my clothes are altered to perfection :)

They were helpful, fast and on time with my clothes. Especially with one man in the store. I came with a ripped wedding dress which my auntie got the wrong size for. It was an urgent fix and he got it done after a few hours and i noticed the zipper was a bit loose so I asked on the spot if he could fix it for me and he did it without charging me money. I RECOMMEND! If you're looking for someone who will do the job on time then they are definitely the right ones for you. They are located in LG2 never been more satisfied with anything in my life.
