If you are thinking of using Karl, this is what you need to be aware of -Karl conducted a maintenance check and billed us for it. Almost immediately the tenants found one of the outlets that Karl had supposedly checked to not be working.We called Karl and asked him to come back to fix it as this should’ve been found during the maintenance check. He admitted this and yet 6 weeks later Karl still hasn’t returned and clearly does not intend to.First Karl said he had Covid, then it was that he had a flat tyre. Now he has stopped answering our calls or messages whatsoever unless we call with “no caller ID”.This has caused my elderly parents a great deal of stress. Would advise you to look elsewhere for a reliable service with integrity.
