Burnt to all hell, customers service nonexistent. Even Satan wouldn't eat this garbage! If there was a 0 star option they would get it. Ordered the bbq beef... burnt cheese beef tasted rotten and the base, well even the cardboard box tasted better the pizza.Only redeeming factor is vanilla coke...

Place needs a good clean. Only toilets available are staff toilet and they were terribly dirty and unkept. Only one table to dine. Pizza was quite good. Service was pleasant. Surcharges on cash register system are not accurate charging a little more than should.

How hard is it? there is dozens of people working there and they can never get a simple order of wings right. Once again they gave me not what I ordered and the sauce must be running out cause they put so little on its not funny. This has literally happened to me the last three times I've been to this pizza hut. No more I'll go to dominos from now, pizza hut sort your s**t out it's not that hard and your not that busy.... I wonder why

Not happy at all what a joke was on hold for about 30 minutes and I had to ask for a discount or a fruit garlic bread they say no, so I will not be going back there. was absolutely disgusting on the service and how the pizza was cooked. It was so stale and fell in the cheese milk off. Look like they got it from the rubbish dump. I have called food health inspector to come into the place sometime soon and needs a major fix up

I ordered 2 hours ago.I finished on the phone after waiting 38 minutes from the delivery time when my food was supposed to arrive. When it arrived they dropped off THE WRONG order. Forgot 4 items including 3 large pizzas. I’m currently on the phone once again. And missing multiple things I ordered and paid over $100+ for a family dinner event. Not only is their waiting music horrendous but iv been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I’m only assuming there must be a few issues wrong with this store. Not only they had two drivers in the one vehicle so why has this issue occurred.?????

Orders have been made early, delivery should have happened an hour later, two hours have done by and still no sign of our delivery, no updates on their tracker, had to go down to find out they still had to make my order. Definitely will not be coming to Pizza Hut again. This is the second time this has happened. You call the number and you’re on hold for half an hour. Absolutely useless.

We waited two hours for our order to arrive. Two hungry kids getting mad at me because your system went down is not my problem.. What ever happened to 30mins or free? Never again pizza hut.. No wonder you're going out of business... Go to your local pizza place instead people. These guys have lost the plot.

Ordered at 7:39pm, requested collected at 8:15pm, checked in at the counter at 8:13pm. Apparently, the store had only just had the order ticket printed and that my order was 7 minutes away. During time in the store I noticed one of the kitchen hands dropped the green ring that's placed over the edge of the pizza on the floor, picked it up and put it back over a pizza. I requested a refund as I didn't want to wait as my order was due for collection in 3 mins and it hadn't be started at all. The manager was extremely unprofessional, she did try to insist that I wait instead of getting a refund. I insisted, and she flipped out, slamming her hands on the counter and asking me not to argue. It's normally a weekly treat, but we won't be returning. She also refuted the time I placed my order. However, I did prove it by my email confirmation. She didn't like that. It's not a good approach to try and put the customer on the back foot by lying and telling instead of asking.
