Godfreys Frankston Power Centre

My experience shopping with Godfreys Frankston has been very good. I called a few places to get advice about a vacuum cleaner and Ron the owner gave me the best advice and customer service over the phone by far. I paid by click and collect and he delivered the machine to my house that afternoon. I’m really happy with the vacuum cleaner, it has a power head and does everything he said it would. My old carpet actually looks amazing and I couldn’t believe how much dirt was in the bag!! My old vacuum never picked up anywhere near that much dirt. I highly recommend talking to Ron, he knows his vacuums and asks the right questions so you get the best product for the price you’re prepared to pay, and his service is outstanding. Honestly won’t be coming back again, we just came to get some Miele vacuum bags and the two staff completely fresh aired us as they were busy “with other customers”, but couldn’t put through our transaction which would only take a minute, instead they just made us wait like 15 minutes.

I bought a Bissel from Godfrey’s in Frankston and was looked after by Saed, he went above and beyond. Not only did he help carry the item to the car (I was 30 weeks pregnant), we ended up having a fault with the machine and he was always pleasant to deal with, as well as making sure we were happy with the outcome. Definitely 5 star service

My Hoover Action Pets vacuum cleaner was malfunctioning. Saed was so helpful, efficient and professional and sorted this issue out for me with no hassles. Was back within a week and working well.

The customer service my partner and I experienced was one of the best we have ever received, from the first minute we walked in to the end!Michael and Sue were absolutely amazing and went through everything we needed to know about the vacuum we wanted with not feeling any pressure to buy it, so that always good!We had walked in just before closing time to which we had only had the intention of looking quickly, we did not feel pressured to leave by either Michael or Sue but only had them give us all the information and reassurance we could’ve needed to go through with buying the vacuum.My partner and I both left feeling extremely satisfied and happy with not only the customer service but the product aswell!Thankyou Michael and Sue, you guys went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t Thankyou enough :)

I walked into this store without any prior research, so everything one would normally put into a search engine to further investigate their purchase, I did this by asking many questions.I needed a vacuum that would fit my criteria and Naomi proved to have great knowledge and excellent customer engagement.Thankyou for a great buying experience Naomi, from the moment I began asking for product knowledge, you didnt miss a beat.

I have always gone to Godfreys since they had a store in Olsen Street in Frankston and have followed them since. My whole family and friends go there. the staff past and present are fantastic. It's good to have consistent staff on site. I realize that they are moved around from store to store, but when a client knows their service staff, it's the connection that is great. Please try and not keep swapping your staff around. Muhammad and the current staff at Frankston Store have been awesome.

We were served by the lovely Sue when we went to purchase a vacuum cleaner. She was friendly and showed us lots of options and gave us time to consider and then gave us a great deal.Very friendly and helpful staff.
