Omega Noosa Collision Repairs

I had my first accident in many many years (and it wasn''t my fault). Suncorp my insurance company recommended using Omega as they are one of their highest rate preferred repairers and i totally understand why. Omega's service from the 1st moment I contacted them and right thru until I picked up my car was superb. A very professional front office staff that were ever so helpful, although I didn't meet any of the repairers my car was repaired to a very very high standard. Paint work matched up identically no over spray a very high quality repair and the car was sparklingly clean inside and out. My Nissan Altima was almost totalled in a severe Hail Storm last November - Every panel had damage! Omega did a great job repairing and the car came back looking like New! Great Job and friendly service too. Thank You

I was a bit apprehensive after I crashed my 2 months old RAV4. Would I still feel good about it after repairs had been carried out,would I be able to notice that it had been damaged? I need not have worried - Omega did a wonderful job and it still looks like a brand new car. Congratulations to the team at Omega,and even though I hope I don't need to use their services again,I certainly recommend them to anyone who has to. We asked a quote in this garage, it was about 800$. One month for having an appointment... One month later, they sayed that they couldn't fix the good bumper. That they could put an other model but the price will be more expensive (100$ more). One week later (one week!!!) we find back our van with our old bumper! It was only fixed with glue and screws. All this wasted time and money for amateur job! Very bad job and not serious people. Don't come at Omega...

The assessor was very helpful, friendly and polite, explaining the unfortunate delays in getting repairs done in a quicker time frame.

My car went to omega for a simple repair and this has ended up being a nightmare, All the alignment of body panel that they repaired was all crooked and had to be repaired by another panel shop, The painting of the panel was poor with dirt and other contaminants in the paintwork which had to be repaired by another shop, Overspray on whole car from sitting around a small workshop,In there attempt to remove the overspray they scratched the whole car, The internal door panel was not fitted properly and this resulted in scratched window tint. No covers where put on floor or seats resulting in white sanding dust impregnating in rubber floor mats,This is just an update,Since visiting Omega it has been to another smash shop to repair and a car detailed to try and get scratches out, Which never corrected damage done to clear coat, Underneath the car omega left a stone guard completely off the car. How my insurance company can use such a dodgy repairer.This is a warning to everyone.DO NOT USE OMEGA. If you do choose to use omega make sure you check everything and take plenty of photos of your car before it is taken to omega because they are reckless and criminal with how they treat there clients.. This is an update and I will be up dating the end result when it happens..
