I found DC Design and Steve on high pages. I was delighted with his speed and quality of drafting work. His attention to detail is very high and he offers good practical solutions. He understood our design brief well and produced something unique that we were happy with. He is super fast which is a refreshing change when you want to get things moving. I changed my mind a few times throughout the process but Steve was always understanding and accommodating. I’d be very happy to recommend his services without hesitation.

I found Steve via Hi-pages and mostly would recommend him, particularly based on my first few interactions. Steve was super prompt and had great ideas. Lots of small additional touches showed he cared and was passionate about his work. From the initial responsiveness, it would be days and occasionally weeks before you get a follow up, yet I understand this is common practice in this industry and so tried to stay very patient whilst nudging with voice mails and emails.A personal lesson learned to print out A3 and really look at every line before finalising as it's hard to get small adjustments made thereafter.I would recommend Steve.

We engaged DC Building Design Studio few years ago for drafting and townplanning. Project started well but then we ran into lot of delays. Often weeks would go by where we would get no response from them. On one occasion, we didn't get reply to our emails or phone calls for nearly a month. No concept of customer service - often rude and arrogant.
