I am extremely disappointed in the service and regret that this is the only Mitsubishi dealership on the north end of the coast. My car was booked in for repairs to the driver’s side mirror. When I arrived for the appointment I was informed that the parts had not been ordered as they could not locate the quote. We were quoted the cost over the phone but obviously whoever booked in the car neglected to produce the paper copy. I was then informed that the woman at the service desk would text me a quote. This didn’t happen. When my husband called to speak with the manager he was informed that he would investigate to see what went wrong and call back. Two weeks later and nothing has happened. Phone calls were not returned.I suppose when a company has a monopoly over an area they don’t have to bother about customer service. Unfortunately my Mitsubishi is almost 2 years old so that is 2 years into the 10 year warranty. A good reason not to purchase a car that the sole dealership is through Von Bibra.

The Worst level of service I have ever received in Australia.I have had that many issues in multiple ways it blows my mind. Today I was asked to leave Von Bibra after they didn't order the part they organized me to come in and have fixed due to it not being to standard.I couldn't be more disappointed with a company I am stuck with services for the next 9 years.....
