Awoke at 6am to house filling with steam due to exploding hot water system. Called Murray and he arrived within 15 minutes to shut the thing off. Replaced system that day. Very happy with his work.

We always use Hamilton Plumbing and I would recommend HP without hesitation.We have done three major projects with Murray now. Most recently, we asked Murray back to fit out the plumbing for our three new bathrooms. For us, Murray is always responsive and he does a great job. The bathrooms and fittings have worked perfectly and they've been in a few months now so I would have expected any issues to have arisen by now.His prices are really reasonable and he doesn't reach the nose bleed prices of the large chain plumbing contractors. We have found him to be honest and clear in his communication.

We were prepared to wait for 2 months over the Christmas break to get our new water tanks plumbed in but we were not prepared for the pipes to leak when the first rain came. This firm was recommended and now the plumber is away and the 10,000 litre tanks are filling up with the rain and leaking all over the place.

We initially thought the installation of a large rainwater tank and associated downpipes went well. The price seemed reasonable and the work was done quickly and without fuss. But then within a few months the connection was leaking, with the overflow running into the ground next to the tank and not into the stormwater. The plumber came back out to site but tried charging to fix it. He also didn't properly clean up after the repair job, which is a problem when there are sharp screws left where small kids could stand on them. He was difficult to contact on a few occasions.
