Use extreme caution if you need to use this company.After being repeatedly let down I had to pay over $7000 to repair, unpick filler, sand and re-coat entire floor in a clients project in Melbourne.Brad will say anything at all to appease on the phone but refuse to rectify his own workmanship.Terribly disappointing.

Despicable. I hope any prospective clients read this and avoid. This person did terrible work and despite clearly not delivering on what was paid for, refused to fix the work to the state it should have been completed in. Did not refund so the result was sub par at full price.

The floor installation was completed to a high standard. Unfortunately the quad work, even after the third attempt, was patchy, rough and coming away from the wall. We paid a premium price, however we will now need to look elsewhere to get it completed properly.
