Louise is an excellent Pilates teacher. Her knowledge and extensive experience have helped me improve my fitness and strength. Louise is fully committed to helping all of her clients and works with our individual requirements to ensure we get the best experience. Taube Pilates
My daughter Louise, gave me and her father online Pilates classes during Covid. I know I am biased as she is my daughter. But she is very professional and patient. Her father has Parkinson’s and the sessions assisted with his mobility, range of movement and posture. I have been helped tremendously with balance and range of movement and the sessions made me feel fantastic. She took into consideration our various abilities and age related disabilities. I also helped to record a workshop she delivered for Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates for Pilates teachers in Brisbane, and I was very impressed. Love from her mother.

Louise is a fantastic Pilates instructor. She is very detailed and gives individual attention. I have felt so much better since working with her. And her studio is beautiful - clean, light. And the sessions always have a wonderful spirit. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Louise for the last few months. She has been such a great addition to my exercise routine and has personalized a plan for me specifically to my needs. She creates a warm and lovely atmosphere to get me to relax and focus on the exercises.

I have been a client of Louise Taube, at her beautiful Pilates studio, so conveniently placed for access from Balaclava, St Kilda, Elwood etc., for well over a decade now. Her friendly interpersonal but totally professional approach, combined with a high level of skill, has taken the care of my body to a different level than ever before in my life. Louise has been my Pilates teacher for many years. I cannot recommend her enough, she has supported me through injury and 2 pregnancies with care. Louise has extensive knowledge, dedication and passion for Pilates, you are always in good hands. Louise is also super fun and positive, no matter what level your body is at or what injury you have she will always look for the positives and work with you to achieve your goals. You will feel strong and positive about your body after each class. The studio is also really beautiful and a joy to come back to each week.
