ROLL FUNCTIONAL

It’s hard to put into words just how kind and welcoming Justin and every single member at RF is.Since convincing my partner to come with me as moral support to a 1 week free trial a few months ago, we have not once looked back, second-guessed or wavered from consistently attending each week.RF is an environment in which we feel so comfortable to try new things and push ourselves all while having a laugh. We have both kicked personal goals and seen so much growth in such a short space of time.There is literally no other place in the world that is able get me out of bed every morning at 5am, so that in itself is something very special and speaks volumes of the incredible culture at Roll Functional.

Roll Functional is the perfect gym for athletes of all abilities. Justin and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience and are focused on improving each member in every aspect.The community at Roll is what really makes this place stand out from the rest - more of a family than a gym!Couldn't imagine training anywhere else!

Roll Functional is such an incredible place to train at. Fabulous boutique facility, that is inclusive, supportive and an encouraging environment. Highly recommend Roll Functional if you are looking for a gym filled with lovely people with no ego's. The training is unreal and there is nothing but constant support and encouragement. Justin is knowledgeable and approachable, nothing is ever to much to ask. My motivation is at an all time high and I am loving being able to work towards my goals in a space that makes me feel welcome and comfortable!

Joining Roll Functional has honestly been the best decision I have ever made. Not only have I got stronger and fitter I have gained an amazing community of friends that support and cheer each other on. The programming Justin does really helps build on strength and cardio and in the 6 months since I joined I can already see a massive difference! Justin, Nicole and all of the community of Roll make everyone feel welcomed and included and it makes all the sweat and sore muscles worth it! I couldn’t imagine a better gym to be apart of. If you’re wanting a gym that is fun, exciting and friendly this is the gym for you!

Roll Functional is an awesome gym. Justin has created an awesome community that makes going to the gym fun and not a chore which makes it easy to remain consistent.The gym and equipment are always cleaned after use and everything is well maintained.Love this gym, can't recommend it highly enough!

Roll Functional is much more than a training facility. It is a supportive, encouraging & fun environment for anyone and everyone to train at, for all different fitness levels. Justin and then crew most definitely make working out fun & something to look forward to !!!!
