My wife and I decided to visit in person some of the real estate offices in the area.Etch looked really slick - a screen showing off various dwellings to passerby’s, a well lit interior and nicely furnished.But the doors were locked. No receptionist.A folding sign out front declaring ‘open’.Weird.I called the number on the doors looking for someone and got a voicemail.I left a brief message explaining the scenario.About 6:30pm the same day I get a call back. He avoided answering any of my queries regarding the (closed) open office.At least that’s something... 2 stars.

Would give more than 5 star if I could, Lu and Hugo are the best agents I ever dealt with from a buyer's point of view. Very professional, friendly and responsible. Free coffee to welcome potential buyers, very attentive to our questions and needs during the house inspection, lots of follow-ups to make sure interested buyers are taken care of. Compare with many other multi-millions water front properties they sell, the one we visited was only a simple entry level home, but their professionalism and passion for the house was not compromised at all. Although I didn't 100% like the house itself, I was amazed by their unbeatable level of service. If I think about selling my house in the future, Etch will be the first agent to go.

Lu and Hugo are already known as successful business people. What people may not realise is that they approach their business much like their family. They look after their clientele and associates like myself with the same warmth and hospitality they show their own family.
