Very fast and thorough. Waited for around 20 minutes while the job was done, then back on the road. None of the dramas that I've had with the other" glass place."

Not entirely their fault but I am still not as happy I should be considering their great work.The issue was that I live an hour and a half away. I have a tricky windscreen so had to bring my vehicle from Wairoa to Napier on Friday to confirm the correct windscreen to order in (this was fine and I was happy to do it, part of living in a small town). Booked in for the following Friday.Went back for the fitting and 2 hours into it (they gave us a courtesy car which was great) I was told the wrong screen had been sent. We had to book in again to get the correct screen.I expected that I'd be making 2 trips not 3, the screen would have been with them well before the Friday we had booked. (I was told it would take about a day to get it in so they would have had it Tuesday). Just check you have the right screen, especially if people are travelling from out of town.

Had a chip repaired here but unfortunately it started cracking again. Gave them a call and they have booked my car in to have its windscreen replaced. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Rachel.

Awesome service. Cheap, fast experience. They did the sidewindown of my Jeep and even cleaned all the glass out.

Wow, so efficient! Contacted insurance and they gave me a case no. They called me to direct me to the nearest Novus glass location. I visited the location, they checked my windscreen's damage, booked me in for repair and completed job. Superb, thanks ladies! Happy to recommend your services.
