Just went there today around 1 pm. The girl from TaiWai I believe with black shirt n pans on was not quite helpful. Whenever you have enquiry about the product, her answer always quite perfunctory. She seems just want to sit at the back unpack the staff. Btw, as a cosmetics shop, her looking was not professional for this job. But she is clever she got mask on, still can't cover her face that no makeups and looks terrible, I'm sorry to say that. But it's true.

Worst customer service ever. Staff not really helpful at all. Whenever you ask them anything about any product they just say not in stock and walk away.

The lady who was the cashier around 3:45pm today, the attitude and service was awful. She was just really busy on doing her makeup and ignored the customers that really need help to find the products.

Live this store I drive from the Sunshine Coast to shop here. The staff are friendly and happy to help and aren't pushy good customer service.

Products are good, but staff really not friendly and helpful at all. I wanted to get a hair colour box which is on the highest shelf and only left one place at the corner end of the shelf, I'm not tall enough to get it, so I went to seek for help from a staff, but she just said all on the shelf, and moved away! Is this the way to serve customers? Well, may be I'm too old to understand!

Honestly, I adore W Cosmetics so much, the stores I have been to always feel so neat and clean and just have a generally nice feel to them. They also have a large range of Korean and Japanese makeup and skincare, which I always find feel both amazing and work so well. Unfortunately, sometimes it can be daunting when you aren't of Asian decent because some of the staff might not pay much attention to you (there was one extraordinarily friendly woman who worked there though who was so helpful to me but I don't know her name). The prices can also get a bit much but if you're prepared to splurge, it's all definitely quality products.

I just bought an item from this shop. The customer is terrible. It was a CHINESE girl and feel like if you are not one of those rich asians. they dont even bother to talk to you

Staff was very rude with the customers. Not even asked customers whether they have membership or not. Look at the customer with a very angry face as they didn't have enough money to buy stuff. Very bad customer service!
