If only they got their act together this would be the go to place for all things mower. I bought 2 plastic victa carby parts yesterday $30. I guess it was my fault for not calling them to get a price first... or was it? If you are`nt in a hurry shop online and save 50%. They have a right to charge whatever they like but I won`t be going back.

Recently purchased EGO LM2101E battery mower from Prompt Mowers in Carlingford. Easy to deal with and helpful advice. Just cut the lawn for the 2nd time. Cutting the lawn is quicker than with old petrol mower. Easy to use. Battery easily does 200m2 lawn with some in reserve. More cleaning time required for the EGO with soft material catcher bag.

not a good experience i had with my visit. The guy was talking to me while eating with his mouthful. the guy told me my machine is broken, did not even bother show me a new one or anything. I felt like i was not welcome to the store. I will never be back to their store. horrible customer service.

Good Folks that know their stuff & get the job done if you need a repair on your own gardening equipment or looking to buy something new.My Victa & Talon mowers are running beautifully from year to year & the Stihl brush cutter I bought in 2021 is a gem.If you want it done right -go to Prompt Mower Service at Plumpton , the cutting edge .

Careful when you go here, quoted one price for lawn mower blade replacement, but charged more . My son went to pick up the lawn mower and charged more than quoted price
