I have been seeing Grant for a few years for rehab with knee replacements which also involved water therapy at the pool and various back problems, mostly osteoarthritis related. He has been my ‘go to’ person who I trust completely to treat and fix my ailments. Grant shows great empathy, skill and knowledge in his clinical assessment and treatment and I would highly recommend him as a wonderful physiotherapist. Thank you Grant.

Booked an appt and travelled an hr. Greeted by Grant that took me in then asked me to describe my problem. After I had described the problem with my foot he asked if I had been double covid vaxxed. I replied with no (waiting for Nova due to health issues) he then asked me to leave. Was absolutely disgusted, ended up in tears. They did not ask this when I booked the appointment and there was no mention of it being a requirement. He advised it was a personal thing. He had already taken our temp etc and confirmed we had not been near anyone or waiting on test results etc. He had not even given me any medical history forms to fill in before he started the appointment.Have since been contacted and they have apologised for the issue, apparently some of them are happy to see unvaccinated people and this was not screened properly when I called to make the appt.

Excellent service. Mark really cares for his patients and goes above and beyond
