Beautiful store and parking but sadly some checkout staff are rude for no reason. They seem angry to have to serve us. Or snap at us if we ask for a price of an item. No need to do that.

Absolutely fantastic staff and customer service. Always a friendly place to shop with a wide range of excellent produce and staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help you leave with what you need. Situated near a return and earn, it's a super handy place to get groceries

Can not shop at this store anymore . The store it’s self is awesome and their butchers is the best .....but when you get to the checkouts the service is a 1/10 . Doesn’t matter what time of day you are there , there is only ever 1 register open . If you have more than 10 items and dont want to wait 15 minutes like I just did then you have to scan your own items on the self serve . I would prefer to drive to Camden or Mount Annan where the checkout service is better

Best Woolworths I have ever been to! Disability parking out the front, disability specific trolley that accommodates adults, as well there are wheelchair trolleys that attach to an individual wheelchair.The staff are amazing. So friendly, caring and helpful.The store is clean, tidy and free from any obstructions.The produce is clean and fresh.Great job Spring Farm Woolworths!

If you live in the area please go shop at Mount annan or narellan instead. This has got to be the worst woolworths ever! At the end of your shop you'll find that half your items were out of stock. The fruit and vege tastes dull and like it's been frozen at some point. I brought home a cauliflower half wrapped in cling wrap and found it was covered in tiny dead flies when I opened it. Honestly if you can drive go shop elsewhere!

30 minutes at a check out, bags so full they break before getting home. Checkout staff put bread in bag with raw meat...product you get home rotten within 1st day of bringing home...no stock on busy weekends..self service guy with the beard tells you you can't put $200 worth of groceries through checkout because he is the only person on...it's Saturday afternoon!

Terrible.Discustingly dirty premises, tables sticky, floors dirty.Staff use patrons toilet & spray themselves with b.o.spray at serving counter.Could not eat the food as was in fear of the cooking process.Will never return to this place.Most horrendous expierience.Woukd give -5 star if able.

What a pathetic excuse for a Woolworths store. Nobody to serve you. No registers open no help. Just self serve. How am I suppose to use self serve with shopping trolley full. I have nowhere to place the bag's but on the floor.
