Staff were lovely, shared experiences and knowledge. Even had time for chat even though busy. Felt very comfortable. Although I did not find what I was looking there, they went out of there way to guide me to an alternative solution even though it did not benefit them. Great business and very helpful.

Called in without a booking and Karen squeezed us in checked our fridge issue and fixed it saving our holiday and possibly our whole van as the drip tray was melted and black! All done with a friendly smile and a wealth of expertise not often found these days. 3 more issues sorted quickly and efficiently today. I highly recommend this business and I will return. We initially contacted this team for a warrantee issue. Although they could not fix this due to lack of unit from the supplier. We did get the team to service the van. From the beginning this team was easy to deal with and happy to help out where they could. And explained things where I asked questions. If we are back in the area I would not hesitate to book my van in here again.

extremely happy with the service I received. Booked van in for a non working diesel heater. It was fixed in 2 working days. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business.

We’re so lucky and thankful to the gems at Warragul RV centre. They fit us in which is gold when you’re travelling full time and we’d even called 6 other places.The business has a family vibe with great advice, knowledge, follow up and service. They got our heater working after experiencing 8 months of errors.Karen and Laurie went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks again for fitting us in.

Big Recommendation.... Problem - Gas component on 3 way fridge not operating. Call to Warrugul RV Centre, promptly answered and after good advice, booking made. Arrived 10:00am and by the time I had reversed back into the workshop - the staff were on the job. Laurie's expertise identified and resolved the fridge issue within the hour.
