Gorgeous in the early morning. The walk along the beach to Red Bluff is great and you'll be lucky to see anyone other than a couple of locals walking their dog. (except at peak holiday period). There are no tracks in the reserve area so you should stick to the beach

Great little 'find' down past the houses. Small brackish lake sets off the deep blue of the ocean separated by the golden brown sands.
