I'm so thankful I came across L.D Air Conditioners as this was my first time having a unit installed my home, so you can imagine I needed to be wise with choosing an installer. So thankful to Lawrance and the team! Lawrance delivered such great professional service. He was on time, very friendly and got the job done sooner than I expected. He's absolutely reliable. I engaged Lawrence towards the end of November 2022 for a minor repair and he still hasn't contacted the property manager as of the 16th Jan. 2023 after he said he would several times. He won't return my phone calls and text messages. Not a good way to run a business!

Very happy with the service . Tried to have my air con fixed and serviced several times by other technicians and could not get them to fix it and was given many excuses , but only seemed interested in giving me the bill . At last it run's how it should and has been serviced correctly . The filter was blocked and never cleaned although I had paid other's to have it done . I highly recommend LD Air conditioning for their prompt and honest service.

Great service from LD Conditioning, reliable and turned up on time. They were very polite and quietly got on with job of installing the a/c unit which was installed in a few of hours.What really impressed me was how they respected my property and cleaned up after themselves, something other trades people neglect to.

We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Lawrance and his team at LD Air Conditioning.Prior to engaging anyone, we researched the least noisy and most efficient units and recognised we needed to minimise the aesthetic impact to our beautiful old Queenslander.We requested quotes from several installers and only two actually came and bothered to quote the job. Essentially, the other company told us what we were going to have and how it was going to be installed, while Lawrance came, actually listened to to our requirements and returned on two occasions prior to the installation, to ensure his solution was optimal and met our requirements. His recommended aircon manufacturer was inline with our research and Lawrance really went out of his way to ensure our flood concerns were covered and limited any noise by floor mounting the heavier multi-head unit.We ended up with two units, one multi-head serving three rooms and a single unit servicing one room at the other end of the house, thereby dramatically reducing visible pipework.The work was carried out with utmost respect for our elderly neighbours and Lawrance alleviated all of their concerns and answered all of their questions.LD Aircon provided us with an excellent result with everything tidied at the job completion. We have had to point out the installation to visitors as they haven't even noticed the installation as it blends in so well!Many thanks to Lawrance and his team. A great job!

Don't both to call these guys unless you just only want basic back to back install!!!!! We had arranged to meet on site to discuss our install of 2 split units in our Queenslander worker's cottage as we were concerned about the look of the compressor units just on wall brackets outside where the room units are as this is the cheapest/quickist way to do it" to quote LD air conditioning. WE drove 3 HOURS from interstate to meet with LD Air conditioning as arranged 3 days before hand & they didn't both to show up at the arranged time OR anytime that day. No one answered our calls on the day
