I visit Divine often due to a b12 deficiency and from the getgo, I have had great service! I now have my partner and daughter registered with them, customer service is brilliant and quick, the staff at the front counter are always friendly and welcoming, there's no hassle when I'm having to reschedule due to work commitments and Dr Sawson is extremely thorough.I cannot say better things about the whole place, I have moved up from Brisbane and I am very happy to have found such an attentive doctor. Highly recommended.

Unhelpful staff- receptionist curt and dismissive. It’s been two weeks and I have not received my Medicare rebate- ridiculous- some places process it immediately, the most 3 working days. But they didn’t even put through my Medicare claim but was so confident that it was; didn’t even admit their mistake. Didn’t even bother to check my name against the records and only excuse is that Medicare system may be down. Apparently always busy that they don’t have time for you- phones engaged and I have to keep calling to chase them up. I have to show so much frustration before one (1) apology comes out. I would put zero stars if there was an option. Do not visit this clinic if you can. The doctor I saw was good but what a shame that the forefront of the place is terrible. Will not return.

The doctors and staff are hard working professionals and yes, often you have to wait due to the demand for their services its a busy surgery. The knowledge and insightfulness these doctors have is astounding, the care and attention given is acceptional. I am very grateful for their dedication and the service I have received over the past 6 years. Thank you Dr Sam and the whole team it is appreciated.

Saw Dr Thet today. Very welcoming, polite and very thorough. Very impressed with her service. So happy to have found a such a lovely female doctor.

NOT RECOMMENDEDDreadful service. I booked a bulk-billing doctor with this mob. Had my doctor cancel and they booked me in for a new appointment which was not bulk billed without telling me. I was told on the day that I was going to be charged.On another occasion I put emphasis that I wanted a bulk billed doctor. They booked it in and then called me 3 days later to inform me the doctor was no longer available.I had a phone consult booked which I was told was free also. Booked at 2:30 a week in advance. They called me 25 mins after my booked time to tell me they are requiring payment before I could get my results.All three of these instances happened within 2 1/2 weeks of each other. An absolute waste of my time and some of the worst service I've ever received at a doctors clinic. Dont waste your time and go elsewhere.

Called two days in a row, been put on hold for 10minutes each time. Came back 5 minutes later asking if I can still go on hold, didn’t even have time to say no I can’t, I need to get this done now. An was put on hold for 2 minutes by the lady at reception.Called Maryborough and answered and booked with in 2 minutes. Horrible phone service, only takes two minutes to book in an appointment.

Rang twice in 2 days to be put on hold for over 5minutes rang back and told again to be put on hold and I said no as I want to talk to someone and response was sorry we’re busy so you’re now going on hold and hung up on me.

Stay as far away from this practice & any others associated. They are the most expensive doctors you can find which would be fine if they did their jobs. The female doctor who claims to specialise in women's & children's health will not give a referral when asked & cannot organise correct blood tests for pregnant women. Avoid neglect and find a better surgery to get into.

I use doctor Sam for his EMT (pain management ). I have been to the clinic many times and paid for my treatment. I am going again on Monday and hope they can fix me up as well as last time. It’s been almost 2 years since I have been back. I found all the staff I spoke with very friendly. I would most certainly recommend this clinic for pain management, which I have done on several occasions.Now for the gripe, you can grow old waiting to be called to see doctor Sam. (I know everyone needs his time and he is busy) The nurse who was treating me was pretty punctual.Cheers John

Avoid this clinic. The negative reviews on this site reflect the practice well. Had two bad experiences here in the last year and after the bad experience last week rang a highly reviewed and recommended clinic to be seen for a long initial appointment within three days. The treatment received was incomparable and very kind and respectful. In the clinic's reply it is stated that there is no clinical record of my attendance at Divine. This is a complete fabrication as l was a long term patient. It is disappointing that a medical practice would be dishonest to attempt to discredit my legitimate review.
