The organisation should be canceled, no ever helping.1. All the 10 calls goes to voicemail and only 1 callback received.2. Wrote the email then you can’t understand the content, I am unsure whether your company have the knowledge and qualifications to help the public with correct response and information.Just shut it down if you are not helping for god sake!

Totally they are RubbishTheir solicitors will NEVER answer the calls despite of many time of hundreds or thousands of urgent calls to talk to them But try to avoid any simple job that asked them to do it for ages because just Carelesswaste the time to never pick the phoneOr answered even After try 10000 of calls but they tell every time different excuses all the time want keep in same circuit and dont botheredBeside that they work for government Not for client benefit so be Careful any information may goes to government who against the caseNow they say in reviews to write complaintIn fact can tell that even have made numbers of COMPLAINTS not just on legal aid but also to what called Ambusment which they did NothingBecause simply they part of government and write Complaints Against them will never happen or anything to change Because they from government and they CORRUPTED

Great help from one of their solicitors to refer us to a firm for help!! A good starting point for anyone who is seeking legal advice. Nicholas is patient and amazing!!

Pathetic and the most condescending person I have ever had the misfortune of listening to who continually had to repeat that he was a solicitor". Wasted a month of my time preparing evidence while waiting for their call then zero opportunity to even discuss any actual evidence at all. They are not going to help anyone."

It’s okay but you need to be aware that their primary interest is not in defending victims from exploitation and abuse where landlords seek to exercise absolute power knowing that if you don’t conform to their will, they will render you homeless by making it impossible for you to find alternative accommodation by giving you a bad reference (which is impossible to escape now thanks to the internet). The western Sydney tenancy service have their own agenda and it has nothing to do with justice or ameliorating a very imbalanced power dynamic. Very sad and disappointing

this service can only be termed non-existent. i read the reviews and can confirm that the telephone diverts to a recorded message with 6 options. Choosing any option diverts to the initial message and your time is wasted listening to a looped message. Ridiculous service and no doubt, paid for by the tax payers of NSW. Is this just another ruse to keep some rude people employed? Agree that this service cannot be rated and does not deserve any rating. Zero stars.

They assure a call back and never honour their commitment. Even during business hours the calls are never attended nor is voice mail responded. They seem to have least interest in serving community. Extremely disappointed. They deserve no star. Don’t waste time with these people.

I had a very pleasant, efficient, and helpful exchange from beginning to end. I was provided with all the assistance I needed promptly and professionally, along with some extra help I didn't even know I needed! Shout out to Tamara for being so wonderful.

No point in trying to get help from them when they don't answer the phone then get told to submit a web form & still nothing, have called numerous times, left numerous msgs & still nothing for 1 simple question to be answered. Ridiculous! Don't bother!!

The lady that I had spoken with was really nice yet switched on,but hasn't emailed me like she said she would Hannah waiting on your email please.
