This Business is outstanding! If you want helpful honest mechanics and Service Staff, use them. It's no wonder they are crazy busy. The mechanic gave me helpful advice in how to start my LPG Dual Fuel van. Because I stupidly ran out of LPG. He said, let the petrol dry out in the carburettor for 24 hours and try to start the engine in LPG the next day. My vehicle started immediately! I tried other LPG mechanics and they just wanted me to get my van towed in to be fixed, so they could make money, absolutely no interest in helping me or offering good customer service on my availabile options. Bob and (and Matt) are the most genuine blokes I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There are so many dodgy mechanics out there willing to take people for run, it is so comforting to know there are trustworthy people out there. They took photos of every step to show and explain to why things had to be done, got my approval for everything, kept me in the loop all day. We've all been coming here for countless years! All my family and friends now visit the boys for all there mechanical needs and I can not stress how much I would recommend them to everyone!

Thanks to the guys at Gas Directions for giving my car a much needed check up. The check was done thoroughly and quickly. I don't know a lot about the inner workings of cars so it was nice to have someone explain simply and understandably what had been done. I'll definitely be back in for my next service.

I was too busy to get a gas inspection so i sent my son to organise it. Bob was curtious , polite and performed the inspection at the time arranged . It passed and Bob also provided information that would help our vehicle perform better while running on LPG. . Spent $2000 doing a full service and replacement of parts for a Holden statesman, (lpg/petrol) and still couldn't get the car to work properly. I strongly suggest do your homework before choosing. Fancy that, after scrolling through other reviews, I noticed family members of the business has given a 5star rating. Stop misleading the public.

Some of the worst people i have ever met. Took my car in for a job. They eventually did the work. 1 week later the problem was back. Took ot in for warranty and they proceeded to charge me full price for a job they said they would warrant for free. Absolutely disgraceful.
