The team were very helpful. The online booking system was great. Unfortunately, after being serviced here, including rotating the wheels, the next day my vehicle was booked in to have new tyres fitted. They found two of the wheel nuts had been cross-threaded and jammed on. They were so seized, that the studs snapped off when an attempt to remove them was made. This cost me two new studs and an entire set of wheel nuts, because those two were ruined. Great service, not so great work, I'm afraid.

We visited them yesterday because the tyre of our car was flat and they were about to close. They could have easily said, “come back tomorrow” but since the guy figured that we were worried so he went extra mile and helped us with what we needed the most. Most importantly, he didn’t charge anything though we asked for a few times.Absolutely NEXT level of customer care. I’m their big fan now!
