Excellent service. The items were well packaged and I received the items immediately. There was an item unavailable at time of order. The staff member ordered it in and despatched the in stock items immediately. The other item was sent out shortly after. No fuss and no games as experienced with some other suppliers.! Thank you.

As I usually try to buy locally in Brisbane, this was my first purchase from Videocraft. With the current lingering supply chain issues, if it’s in stock at a good price, it’s a no brainer to purchase the product wherever it is. However, the price was very good and the service, excellent! I had a query about this item. The Sydney store rang the Melbourne store to actually open the carton to confirm which particular model it was (as it was hard to determine from the manufacturer’s model number if this item was the updated one or not, and it was the only one I could find in stock in Australia). Sydney rang me back to advise it was the current updated model they had. Excellent pre-purchase service! The guy I spoke to in Sydney was very professional, knowledgeable, congenial and helpful. The website is excellent too. Overall, I was quite impressed with Videocraft!

From the initial to my after sale call enquiry, the staff was fantastic! Not to mention, the order was delivered within the week! My request to conceal the name of the shop on the box (as it was a gift) was accommodated. Very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff able to assist you in any purchasing decision. A showroom floor of cameras to test with some attached accessories allows you to try before you buy to make sure you make the right decision. Person to person customer service at it's best.
