Don't like the ads, but the shop is quite good. Very helpful staff.As much as the ads put me off and I never thought I would go to this shop, it is definitely worth a visit.

From initial enquiry to picking up my order the team were helpful, easy to deal with and so good at what they do! Well run location, knowledgeable staff and a surprise kids area which kept my little ones entertained enough for me to browse!

Outstanding customer service in the showroom from the whole team on a very busy Saturday morning. When I decided what I wanted, Louise's prompt attention to my over the phone order and courtesy call from the warehouse for delivery was next to none.Really great to see and experience...thank you :-)

What a pleasure to walk into a store and be given real customer service without any hard sales. They took time and interest in the project we were trying to achieve with a great out come at the end. Can not praise Louise and Steve enough. You went above and beyond. We shall be back for our next home reno project. Highly recommend.

Bit disappointed really. When asked said we wanted a marble look tile that was Matt in finish. Was immediately told that was a problem and marble look tiles were all gloss? We were then told the marble look, Matt finish tile we were standing in front of was satin, not Matt. Making us look stupid through semantics is not my cup of tea. We left and there are far too many options from where to purchase tiles to bother returning.

Nice showroom and range, a little more expensive than I thought as radio advertising always promising to b cheaper. Staff was helpful but unfortunately it holding any stock and as I needed urgently I had to go to their warehouse located near browns plains. No discounts for licensed owner builders... which is disappointing...
