The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel is a complete failure. The car broke down on me 6 times in the 1st 2 years . To this day I still dont know what was wrong with it because Scuderia Veloce Motors in Chatswood would not tell me .They keep telling me they will email the report and nothing ever comes . Why ? because they have something to hide !The car looks great in the showroom but believe me this is one car you want to stay away from . As far as the Dealer Sutton Motor Group " they are a bunch of pathetic clowns . They don't understand the product

Based out of Brisbane, I have a national role for work and decided to go about getting a car from Sydney if I could get a good deal. Met Chris in sales at this dealership, he was very helpful and knowledgable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was looking at. Really wanting a custom colour, he was able to get me the colour I wanted from Adelaide - last new one available in AU with the end of financial year run out. Everything was all fine and I went to great lengths to explain why I was buying interstate and that I would be making a trip to Sydney from Perth, just to pick the car up. It wasn't until 3 days before I was scheduled to collect did someone from the dealership contact me and let me know that they couldn't get the vehicle as promised. Now I understand that these things happen, but the fact that they let slip that they knew the next day after I signed the contract and a whole week prior to when they called me, that they couldn't deliver, is really the most frustrating thing. They tried to see what they could do, but twice I was promised that Bridgett the dealer general manager would contact me to discuss (at their suggestion, not me asking!) and so far I have not had that call. As a result, I had to pay for accomodation in Sydney and a flight home at the last minute, totalling approx $900. Further, it's now been 5 weeks and several emails and I still don't have my deposit back. Do yourself a favour, buy your jeep elsewhere. In the end, I got a demonstrator in the colour I wanted from Melbourne and these guys were nothing but fantastic to deal with.

What a refreshing experience! Both the sales and service team have looked after me very well. The sales team a helpful, open, and honest. None of the convoluted sales process other dealers feel they have to take you thought. The service team are great as well & not only with the traditional servicing but they also installed, troubleshoot and tweaked my Jeep SRT with some serious performance bits. They are on my Christmas Card List :)
