I was booked in within the hour of ringing today as I had a late request for something that I needed to get sorted. By using the Hot Doc App, it was very convenient to look up right away. My request was fulfilled by Dr Mansoor Ahmed in a very friendly and efficient manner.

Always running really behind. We even call and ask is our appointment time still valid and are they on time, get there and wait 1-2 hours every time. They never let patients know if they fall behind. They don't care about their patients schedules.

Don’t go and see Dr David Skalicky, he was rude and condescending. He didn’t actually listen to what I was say instead made assumptions from my notes. He stood at the door indicating that it was time for me to leave after two minutes, even though I was in tears. I had no to little sleep with restless legs for over two weeks. Luckily I managed to get an appointment with my sleep specialist a few days later at Canberra Sleep clinic and he was completely the opposite. I feel some doctor have preconceived Ideas about you and do not even take the time to listen. Unfortunately my regular Dr at the clinic was away but I will never see Dr Skalicky again.

I highly recommend this practice. They have been very supportive of my health needs since my first visit earlier this year following a significant health crisis. While they are incredibly busy, and dealing with the impositions of the COVID crisis, all of the staff - doctors, nurses and receptionists - are always friendly, helpful and take the time to provide excellent care. Here, they treat you as a person, not as a number, and for far less payment than they truly deserve.

The doctors are very good (giving 3 stars for that) but the receptionists are very rude. For some reason, they seem very unhappy, not sure if my Indian accent sets them off. I spoke to the receptionist named Liza on one occasion, if i hadn't known the doctors were good, i would never go there again.. She was that impolite and terrified me.

Not a patient but arranged for my covid vaccination.. although they were a little behind they were very accomodating and the nurse (Ros?) was amazing at giving injections didn’t feel a thing.. thank you for helping the local community ❤️

Have been a patient of dr Davis for over 2 years he’s an amazing doctor however my family and I won’t be going back as it’s become too tedious to get in to see him. I wouldn’t mind it if the reception staff weren’t so forgetful, rude, uncaring and insensitive. I did try to see another doctor at the clinic but again the way the receptionists deal with you is not worth it.

Doctors are great! The biggest drawback is that they never have GP obstetrician appointment the same month. The availability is after 2 months. So what’s the point of going here? This happened to me thrice. There are other clinics who are able to mange better and provide same week appointment. The receptionists were not particularly nice.

Always at least an hour behind. The manager Amy Castrogiovanni has an appalling attitude towards patients. Had an appointment on 1/4 and waited three hour to be told too bad and to deal with it.

Just phoned asking for an emergency phone appointment for a sick baby. My child is a patient at this practice. There was no effort made to help out. The receptionist didn’t even attempt to ask any doctor if they had 5 minutes to help out. Very poor effort and I am disgusted.
