After purchasing six spicy nuggets on the computer first, they forgot to put them in the bag. Then they told me they don’t have any on stock then to get a refund. I wanted it back on my card. She said they can’t do it after going away in speaking to her manager, then she can do it. Maybe they need to get trained up better on what they can and cannot do.

First time that I’ve been to this locationI have to say definitely the best service from an employee named CaitlinShe was polite to customers even when given a hard timeAt the time of my visit to the location they were low of staff and there were many orders/customersso she was working in all departmentsFrom what I could see she handled it wellDefinitely needs to be appreciated

Went there today to get brekky. 3 cars in the drive yet 25 mins later still no food. Was given a refund which was lees than i paid aswell and told there was more wait time.Absolutely disgraceful performance from the 15yr old management who said its not my fault. Well to you i say you are the worst employee ive ever seen. Your rudeness and lazy attitude will get you nowhere in life. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Pretty disgusted in the service, came through drive through ordered & paid, waited for 15 mins just for the worker to turn around a say sorry I wanna give u a refund there’s too many orders and I can’t cope, I understand it’s stressful as I’ve worked in maccas before, but that was so unprofessional and never ever would I dare to say that to a client especially after taking their order and making them pay

Went in to order a simple meal. Asked for a frappe. 1 employee said machine was broken, I asked to speak to the manager they said it’s not broken, so clearly 1 is lying. Threatened to call police because I asked what was wrong with the machine.Then after I paid and received order, the items were wrong and had to be completely remade.The manager was rude and ignorant caring more about her time in drive thru then her customers. Raising her voice and not answering simple questions.Poor behaviour, if anyone actually reads this would love if the manger got fired.

30 mins stuck in the drive through after ordering along with 10 other cars, food was then cold once we finally got through. Not even a sorry for the wait" just bag shoved into my hand."

My experience was absolutely nothing short if Terrible. When asked how many chicken bites we would get for 3.99 the girl serving the drive thru replied I don't know"

I paid for double filt o fish, but I received a single one . I don't want to return back all this way for that. But it's not fair. I saw they were talking loudly about something, and that way, they made mistakes, which I paid for that mistake

stuck forever in drive-through despite only 3 cars in front of me and none behind. Mcspicy was a shrivelled mass of crumbing, could see only a fine thin line of white which i presume was chicken. awful and cold and waste of money. Didnt eat till finally arrived home but argh. Not used to mcdonald's burgers being so blaghhh.
