BEST Massage therapist ever!! ... Seriously the best massage therapist I have been to. From the minute I met Teegan she made me feel at ease. I always leave feeling amazing and new!! I have been a client of Teegan’s for over five years, and I have recommended this practice to many friends and colleagues over the years. Teegan knows exactly which areas to target, and has the ability to be firm but soothing at the same time. She has provided me with daily stretches which I have incorporated into my daily routine, and they have worked wonders at improving my posture and neck strain caused by sitting at a desk all day.She maintains absolute professionalism at all times, provides a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and is more than happy to accommodate flexible after hours appointments. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Teegan is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had by far. She has excellent attention to detail - I have never once had to comment when she hits a sore or tight spot as she notices them straight away and gives them the attention they need. I have had plenty of other therapists who just pass over them not noticing them. I always feel completely rejuvenated after my massage - both physically and mentally as it is the only time my mind is completely still.

I have been treated by Teegan for the past six years for various muscle spasms, cramps and stiffness.Teegan provides a friendly, professional service and has often referred me to a physio when deemed that i would require more than a remedial massage to fix the problem at hand.Highly recommended!
