I went there to purchase earrings for myself, the staff member named Maria was giving me so much of an attitude and she was speaking very rudely and did not greet at all as I entered the store. When going to a reputable store like prouds you would expect to be treated with respect but I did not recieve a good service from the staff member Maria.

so great. We had a pair of earrings that were faulty, the kind lady gave us a new pair at double the value for no extra charge. Thats great customer service. We will definitely go back.

Unprofessional staff, You should probably put young ppl in jewellery store than racist Karen’s. The apathy in engaging with Customers. Was shocked at her attitude given the shop was empty. Had to be patient and can’t really say something to someone ur mom’s age, but That million dollar attitude. Probably comes from being surrounded with Jewellery. Had better service at Fuel Pumps.

Went here on thursday night 6/2/20. Three staff members standing around having a chat with each other. We walked in and done one and a half laps of the store before one of the staff trudged over and said what do you want ". With that attitude we just walked out. Never ever again will we set foot in any Prouds stores anymore. Went to Michael Hill and Angus and Coote stores and the staff were great. If i could have given a minus score then thats what Prouds would have got"

One of the staff there is definitely a racist. A blonde older Australian woman. I was really appalled by her service. Showed no interest in speaking with me or helping me. Very disappointing.
