Saturday morning , only one indian nurse, 10/15 minutes (if not more) each person.When i told her i had to do my cortisol blood test before 9 am (as prescribed by the doctor) she replied she cannot do anything about it and that i have to book an appointment for the test or come earlier .She was rude. I arrived at 7:55 and had 4 people in front of me, and at 9am still one person before me.. Waste of time. Have to do the test again another day.Clinical Labs should have at two nurses on Saturdays when it's busy.Not coming back .

The Aircon is faulty and not working. The whole clinic is so warm especially now when it is summer.

Jodie looked after me and despite it being a blood test, I funnily enough had a very enjoyable experience. I even went home and told my partner about my experience, as Jodie and I laughed about the over cast weather and chatted about the breakfast club as I had a reference on the jumper I was wearing. I usually feel a small sting when the needle goes in, but I didn't feel a thing nor had any bruising. The clinic was clean and welcoming the moment I walked in and one of the only clinics open on Saturday!

Got a blood test by the lovely Jodie today, she was very thorough, kind, and patient, and there wasn’t much of a wait even if it was a somewhat busy day. The clinic is small, but still has generous space as their waiting room, so you don’t feel nervous before waiting your turn.

Ms Sharon is extremely good in her job. My grandson is 6 years plus and was very happy cause he said no pain at all. She has been so gentle with kids. We went to another lab 2 weeks ago but it really hurting my grandson and didn’t manage to draw blood after needle was inserted. We were being asked let her to do on the other hand but we refused. Thanks Sharon
