United Petroleum Bathurst (Unmanned)

Self service, cheap fuel, relatively simple interface for purchase. Can use this fuel station with child in car and not worry about leaving them unattended to pay. Occasionally pumps are dirty and there are no paper towels to wipe them. It's useful have some idea about how much you wish to spend and any funds you commit may be held for a few days. If unsure just pay a second time or don't fill right up.

Don't get sucked in with the cheap fuel with this complete self serv Fuel Station. I over estimated the amount of fuel required fully expecting a credit card refund of about $16 but its well over 2 months now and there has been nothing on my credit card statment. The printer was out of order on the bowser (ran out of paper) so there is no record of the sale to chase down.Also it took about 10min to fill a 130 litre diesel fuel tank. There was something wrong with the pump speed.

Customers - Be very aware that you do not prepay for more petrol than your vehicle will take as this station withdraws from your account the amount you prepay (eg $50) and not the amount (eg $17) what the bowser has dispensed. Additionally the printout function doesn't work where you pay so there is no evidence. Possibly use your phone to take pictures. Yes this is what happened and then a couple of days later the amount was adjusted to only that which my car took. Their system works it just takes time.

This use to be the best servo in Bathurst, but now that it's unmanned, it is worth avoiding and it's better to go across the road and go to Caltex or Shell. The issue as i can tell by the reviews, the fuel doesn't come out of the bowsers when you pay for it! This is now the worst business in Bathurst ever!

Can't even get a simple Menulog order right. Ordered two 600ml drinks but I received only one 1.25 diet coke and the pods were stale and had been exposed to high temperatures. No contact was made to inform me about unavailability of items and they wouldn't answer my calls so it is likely this was done on purpose to make some extra profit. Definitely will not be getting my business again.

Most probably the cheapest option in Bathurst. Self service, if you are first time pay attention with the instructions. During work hours I saw a security there, who was really helpful to tje customers.

This place has turned into self serve which is ok if you got your fuel when you paid for it!! I went there Monday night paid and no fuel bowser would did not disperse fuel .I have rang the telephone number numerous times to be put to some message bank that does not reply to your call. I have been to the sight twice spoke to two different people they don’t care , they talk to someone on phone that obviously doesn’t care because he can’t even be bothered to talk to you. Happy to take your money though . Next week is race week , this company will be asking for trouble with all visitors we have if they don’t get there fuel. I’ll never go there again.

Despite rising fuel prices, this service station remains one of the cheapest in Bathurst. It's now a self serve and not manned at anytime, so you'll need EFTPOS card to prepay before you pump.Only downside, sometimes the kiosks are playing up and there are no paper towels, water or bins at the location.

I punched in $100 as anticipated purchase, which I have done before.Actual purchase was $71 - so was expecting a reversal of $100 and actual withdrawal of $71.Checked internet banking transactions - $100 taken and no reversal / actual.Tried to call the number to question the situation and ‘of course’ as others have commented - phone disconnected !!!I’m like a dog with a bone - I’ll not be ripped off!!!!

Shows $1.91 on sign charges $1.92 at bowser don’t like dishonesty
