Love dining here. Great fresh food menu complimented with traditional Italian pasta, pizza etc. Very good service & wine list. Mark the Maitre de goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend. Update- enjoyed a lovely Christmas Day lunch, superb seafood and service.

Excellent service, staff are very attentive and do that thing where they put a napkin on your lap which made me feel like a fancy lad. The quality and preparation of the food was fantastic: squid was tender and had a smokey char, pasta was perfectly cooked, prawns were fresh and sweet. Definitely try the pasta dishes, pizzas looked great too.

Amazing spot for dinner & sunset. Great food, great service & lovely atmosphere! I would recommend checking if they have an event on the lawn before booking as the noise & screens that they put up interrupts the view & isn’t relaxing.

Mothers Day lunch with family beautiful view to the sea, staff were lovely and helpful and the food was of high standard of course a bit pricey but to be expected from such a lovely restaurant. Entrees very nice and main meals were good size portions. Atmosphere just lovely and peaceful.

Friendly polite staff and nice modern decor, unfortunately the food has left alot to be desired, prawn pizza was tasteless and soggy to the point of falling apart and crust makes up 50% of the pizza, definitely need to invest in chef's with better culinary knowledge of Italian cuisine. Ended up with a stomach bug. extremely disappointing

It was wonderful to find this restaurant in the casino. With great views over the beach and amazing sunsets. A romantic setting for date nights. The service was friendly and attentive as you were shown to your table and seated. The mean although not large had plenty of choice. The food was fresh and delicious house made pasta yum. The pizza also delicious we have had those at the bar next door. The decor and atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Recommend and will return

Surprisingly good food inside a casino. Last night at the hotel and decided to give this a try. Very pretty view of the sunset and the food was tasty. Staff was really helpful when we told them we will share all of our dishes, everything came in 2 separate servings.

I would say one of the better Italian restaurant in Darwin. Service was really good. Pasta dishes are great but the serving portion could be bigger.

My Husband and I Go to Ilpiato Regularly Just love the Atmosphere Inside or out. Could be anywhere in the world. Just Stunning. Food is Excellent and Staff are really lovely attentive and Friendly our Very favourite place in Darwin when we are here
