Great Salomon dinner! So much better than expected, as most restaurants around serve simple burgers and unhealthy stuff. Really liked it after all the fast food of last weeks during my backpacking trip. And good value for money! Thanks! Steven, the Netherlands

The Pirate Den Bar and Grill
Unfortunately it was a not the best last dinner for our holidays. The food looks better than it tastes. I didn’t understand why pumpkin in the lasagne but also couldn’t feel much flavor to be honest. The Egyptian plate has a exotic flavor but we didn’t enjoy. The beers were cold and the staff friendly.

Very nice food, the lamb ribs were really good and the barramundi extremely well cooked. You can order with your eyes closed and you'll be sure to have something good.

The Pirate Den Bar and Grill
Wow, what a gem of a den. We ordered pizza, cheesy garlic bread and a cocktail each. The atmosphere is good, staff are polite and nice and the music (juke box) is good. Only 4 stars as the prices of the pizza and cocktails is a little higher than what is typically expected. But I would come back again but not order any drinks due to price.

The Pirate Den Bar and Grill
Really lovely and friendly service from the bar staff. Ordered the grilled barramundi with chips and salad. The fish was so succulent and well seasoned, the chips tasted fresh with a nice crunch. Wine list had a great selection of good wines at a very reasonable price. Fun pirate theme throughout and fans going to keep us cool.

OMG! This is the best meal I’ve had since we have been in Australia. We are 8 days into our Brisbane to Cairns road-trip and both myself and my wife’s dinner and drinks were amazing. Definitely a must stop. The lady serving us was amazingly nice!

The Pirate Den Bar and Grill
Pizza was well topped and tasted good although unfortunately didn’t have much pizza sauce so was very dry. If they didn’t skimp on sauce would be 5 stars. Also got an “Aussie taster” which had a a very small serving of croc and kangaroo which was fine as a taster however a bit overpriced for what you get.
