Super fast service! I got a message saying my car was ready to be picked up half an hour after dropping it off. The staff were so nice and the lady that booked my car in over the phone was absolutely lovely to me. Thanks so much

Just got a new set of both tyres (and rims - wasn't planning on it originally but glad I did!) from BJTM in Traralgon. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable in person and on my handful of calls before then. Service was excellent and very happy with everything I got done. Now I'm really ready to hit the bush! Cheers fellers

Not the best service, would not sell me staggered fitment wheels, gave me drama about it. Went elsewhere and haven't been back since.

Sheared a wheel stud off while fitting new tyres, had to fix it myself as their mechanic wasn't available until next week (they paid for a new stud, I fitted it). The new stud had a different nut so was promised a replacement. After months and no calls, dropped in again (4th time) and can't find it. Customer service is poor in my view. Look elsewhere.
