McDonald's Engadine

I order large chips and look at this!And the lady from late night duty from drive thru in mcdonald Engadine was rude to us, we are just asking for tomato sauce but she said you should have ask before when you order. What's the big drama? We just wanted only tomato sauce, give us and that's it! Too lazy to give!! Staff with this kind of attitude shouldn't work!!

Perpetually under staffed to the point that nothing is done well. Greedy owners I suppose. Missing several items, stood at counter for 5 mins to request missing items. Random stuff left off burgers. Request for tomato sauce resulted in a staff member running across grease slick floor to return with a single packet of sauce. Absolute joke.

Is that what your crispy A. chicken wrap should be???? Size of a snack wrap. All ingredients on the bottom with one lettuce and one tomato?So disappointing. If I could give zero starts I would have.

If you're looking for a fast food restaurant in Engadine, McDonald's is a great option. The food is always fresh and there is a wide variety of menu items to choose from. The service is always friendly and efficient. The only downside is that the restaurant can be quite busy during peak times.

Went to Engadine McDonalds today for our 6 year old grand daughters birthday.What a disappointment. I was there for 50 minutes and no one cleaned the floor or tables that had rubbish all over them. When we arrived we had to ask a staff member to clean our table. There was water pooling around the rubbish bin, the door was hanging off the bin.Our grandson had his fingers caught in the glass doors to the party room where the bottom of the glass was not fixed to the floor. Broken tiles on the entrance, door hanging off the rubbish bin in the carpark.If you need a Macca's in the shire go to Heathcote, Kirrawee, Menai any where else than here.The owners obviously don't want to spend the money on upkeep or cleanliness.I had to point out the lack of cleanliness and the slip hazard to the manager before he sent some one to clean up.Come on McDonalds clean this site up.

The pubic hair was unmistakable, leaving me in a state of shock and revulsion. How such a repulsive and unhygienic contamination could occur within a supposedly reputable establishment is beyond comprehension.This horrifying discovery raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and food handling practices at the Engadine McDonald's. It suggests a severe lack of attention to detail and a blatant disregard for customer health and safety. One can only imagine the unsanitary conditions in the kitchen that allowed such an unpalatable incident to transpire.Furthermore, the incident is a clear reflection of the staff's incompetence and negligence. It is evident that the burgers are not prepared with the necessary care and attention to prevent such contaminants from finding their way into customers' meals. The lack of quality control and the failure to ensure food hygiene standards are inexcusable and completely unacceptable.Beyond the disturbing find in my burger, the overall experience at the restaurant was far from satisfactory. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend dining at this particular McDonald's location.

Lots of staff. Was really nice to see McDonalds Engadine giving opportunity for the disabled to work within their business! We saw at least 3 disabled participants training with staff and cleaning the amenities. They even assisted in open the flap to the bin. Lovely to see! Frappes and food were fresh and delicious! Thank-you!

I thought a mcfeast comes with mayo ? It's clear Staff haven't had proper training, need to spell it out to them and order a quarter pounder with lettuce tomato add mayo. I wasted $8.50 of my life. The burgers are better at hungry jacks

I went through the drive-thru 2 hours ago, ordered $12 worth of food, got to the pay window, the guy tried to charge me $25. I told him he was overcharging, he said it was on his Managers Instructions". So I drove off.There are plenty of other places to eat in Engadine
