Beyond unprofessional shop, more than happy to treat you badly when you’re unhappy with the work. If you care anything about customer service, quality paint work, getting good value for money please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this shop entirely. Got told “welcome to the real world “ when I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the way staff had spoken to me on the phone. After asking them to repaint a wheel I was unhappy with the with. I could still see the curb damage under the paint and the repair wasn’t done properly. I was told sure no worries only to get a call a week later telling me they will not repaint the wheel, and they will keep the wheel if I don’t pay them for the work. Took me over a month to finally get my wheel back, absolutely horrible experience wouldn’t wish it on anyone! And of course I still had to pay the bill at the end of it all.

Great work on my 2010 VW Golf. Heavily damaged wheels repaired back to original condition for just $200 per rim! Dropped the car there and had it back within 48 hours. Great work, will certainly do business again.

Best place for wheel repairs on Gold Coast and surrounds. Adrian was really helpful and easy to deal with. They make sure the wheel is properly trued" and balanced after the repair also - which requires special machinery that other repairers don't have. Reasonable pricing
