Betterflow Roof Restorations

Brett is tidying up at the completion of the job. Our house outshines all the others in our street, and the quality of workmanship is impressive. Efficient and no fuss; well worth the quoted price.

A very nice job, clean, courteous and very helpful through the project, affordable and professional. Only reservation to providing 5 stars is that we did discuss potential repairs, where they may need to add an extra charge if they encountered difficulty re-seating some tiles. Which I raised and I agreed to. But, these repairs were not done and it was not mentioned that they could not be done, they were left as is, and payment was being chased before I got a chance to inspect the work.So I do not begrudge them on what they could do, what they were able to do was excellent, but one point that was discussed, did not get addressed, and feedback was not provided to let me know the work could not be done before payment was being chased.Just a few small issues with lack of communication and the timing of demanding payment.

Extremely happy with Betterflow, we have used Brett twice now, he is efficient, friendly and does a great job.
