Billy from Monash Demolition was very helpful especially after we experienced delays getting planning permits. He was responding quickly to our changing situation. The job took a bit longer than expected but the site was left in a very satisfactory condition and all done at a reasonable price.

Simply outstanding. I had a very, very challenging full house demolition to do for a tiny inner city block in Melbourne. Block only 9m wide and had 6m of slope from front to back. Street site access issues and neighbours worried about close proximity to their properties. I was very stressed but in hindsight I had no reason to be.After calling around for quotes it was clear to me I had to get an expert to do the job as half the demo companies I spoke to didn't want to even look twice at my job.Imagine my delight when I deal with Monash demolition. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough - they delivered when they said they would, very gingerly lowered their skip on our driveway and indeed saved us money and time by suggesting the correct size; we would have needed two skips if we went by our estimation. After some early hiccups with getting permits, the team at Monash ended up doing a great job knocking down our house. The demolition team was thorough and polite. The dump truck did a very good job dealing with our narrow street and tight turning spaces. And the young guy operating the excavator arm was so smooth that passers-by on the street actually stopped to watch and comment that it was like the machine was an extension of his body.10/10 would demolish again.
