USA Nails and Footspa

The lady done my feed did not put attention looking around all the time and cut my feed skin. Looks like person encharge because she want to know what happen around. If she want to check every where inside her business please let you employee do her job. After I'll posted the photos what she done my nail and skin feed. The another lady done my hand so nice 100% professional .

Worst service ever. I had pedicure done from this place. I wanted my feet to be clean with proper procedure but I felt like as if she has just touched my feet and done, she just did formality thats it. Not satisfied at all non friendly staff. Poor service.

Actually a really nice place considering all bad reviews, they did such great work on my nails. I’ll definitely be back.

A pleasureable experience, I recommend to anyone needing some TLC

I had 5 different people working on me for Shellac Mani & Normal Pedi. They just kept changing and in the chaos I didn't get a proper Mani or a Pedi. Little things like a short massage of the feet or buffing my nails and a few more things were missed. I was annoyed but went with it.After 5-6 days, all my shellac just peeled off. I went to them to give them some feedback and the owner was rude and defensive. I told her I wasnt looking for any compensation and it was just plain feedback but she didn't have her customer service hat on! Not sure what I was expecting but certainly not this.Would def advise making sure that ONE person attends to you, should you decide to go to this place.

LADIES BEWARE!! DODGY STAFF!! I had a manicure/SNS treatment. I gave them a voucher card to stamp at the end when I paid - it had a second card stapled to it so I didn’t lose them. Both cards had visits on each but weren’t full yet and the voucher at the end of each row (two rows per card) said “50% off.” When I handed the lady my card she had it for quite a while and I wondered what she was doing to it, considering all she had to do was stamp one of the rows. When I left the store I realised she had scrubbed out the “50%” and used a white-out pen to cover them. She had written over the top “$5” so it went from being a discount of 50% off to only giving me $5 off. I’m pretty sure this is illegal as it doesn’t reflect the original agreement of the customer visiting 5 times to redeem the 50% off reward. I’m pretty angry. She didn’t even tell me she had changed it or give me an excuse like “our policy has changed” or anything. It would have been fair to let me redeem the rest of what was on those cards and then she issue me with a new one where I have the choice of returning for treatments knowing I’ll only get $5 at the end as a reward for my loyalty. I don’t only feel ripped off, I really was ripped off!! Customers beware!

Ive been having pedicures for years at USA Nails and they have been fantastic. However the last three occasions have left me very disappointed in the quality of the pedicure. A waste of my time and money. I will be looking for another nail place. Ive given one star only so i can post!

Very bad experience with service. Requested spa pedicure. Lady took less than ten minutes to do missing all over the steps. When questioned, staff tried to say that condition of feet determines how long pedicure is and charge $30 for taking off polish and painting.Avoid.

Same issue as the other lady - I have been going there for a year or so and been happy with service but it's really gone downhill. On Monday afternoon I sat for 30 mins without being attended to with others coming in after me being looked after but hadn't been told there would be a delay - in the end I just took the nail colour remover foils off my fingers and left - all the owner could say was be with you now " they so were not - not recommended at all ."

They burned the skin underneath my eyebrows. Wax that was used was too hot and I came out with burnt skin. Lady at the USA nails and spa pinned it in my skin being sensitive. I have had it done numerous times but never experienced anything like this before. Not going back ever!!
