Staff are abrupt and rude.Multiple orders before ours were messed up, so I shouldn't have been surprised when ours was as well.The playground is absolutely disgusting, filthy and gross. I wouldn't let my kids play on it.Every single surface (tables, chairs and floor) was coated in food, drinks and rubbish.We got our food and ate in our caravan instead of eating in.

Chicken royales were awfulRoll had soggy bit. Chicken was cold. They were unappetizing.Service was extremely slow.Every table was dirty.

Great staff, quick service and good food. Staff and management have always been amazing and super friendly. Definitely one of my most pleasurable experiences at any fast food restaurants

Waited 20 minutes for food to be served. Questioned why - told I am only person doing it by a grumpy staff member (believed to be a manager). Food almost thrown towards me, no apologies for wait and didn't receive straw or serviettes.Will I recommend - NO.

Worst hungry jacks around, obviously being ran by incompetent staff that don't don't know what they are doing. The manager at the time doesn't know how too manage at all. Watched the same girl stuff up a drink 3 times in a row. Burger was cold and had to go back and get my chips.

Lined up for 35 minutes to order as none of the self serve (8 of them) were working. After finally ordering at the counter, we were told there was a 40 minute wait on food. There were only 4 staff working on a Sunday at 4pm on a long weekend, with 28 people waiting for food. COME ON HUNGRY JACKS! It's so unfair to put your poor team under that sort of pressure!

None of the fancy new touch screens worked. Staff all standing with backs to customers. Got sick of waiting and went elsewhere

Sadly the staff at this HJs were not all on the ball. One customer ahead of me was charged for their order, but it wasn’t made, I had to send my order back because it was incorrect.Props to the young lady who fixed my order and spoke with the woman who took it - seems like there a few problems often in that department.This rest stop is one to avoid overall - not clean at all!
