WhitePeak24 cleaned my house at the end of our lease. They did an incredible job! They even got me out of a tight spot when a cleaning provider pulled out of the job two days before it was scheduled. I'm so grateful they could fit us in.

I told these fine lads that I will write a review for the people to read if and when I am happy with the job. It was a good decision to hire these cleaners. They are both professional and helpful. At my age, you know how to judge people and I tell you, these guys are good at what they do. I could not clean the house myself because of my back and my age. They asked me to just go and rest and when the job is done they will call me and they did. I checked everything I asked them to do and they did a fine job. The toilets were squeaky clean, the fridge was clean and even the old oven was somehow clean which I tried cleaning but never could. I doubt you will find better cleaners than these chaps. I have changed houses almost every year for the past 7 years and it is easy to understand how often I require cleaning services. I have ample experience to judge the cleaning you guys have done and I can undoubtedly say that your cleaning company is the best I have hired till now. I don't usually review services online however this time I had to. I didn't need to do anything at all after you guys left and it got all clear from the property agent almost immediately. I am happy to say that you have done a wonderful job and I will definitely hire you again.

Overall experience was infuriating.Initially since their quote was the most expensive and reviews online was pretty good I figure they must worth what they’re paid for.Quite the opposite from my experience. Are all the reviews authentic?Original quote was $1072.50 for 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen carpet clean etc.Paid for a deposit of ~$500 instead of full amount and it turned out to be a good ideaTo start with they were an hour late to the appointed time. They said they had a miscommunication on their end…ok fineI live 20min away from the property so I basically had to occupy myself waiting for them to showIt was an all day job so I left the keys with them and they were to let me know when they’re done.They only sent 1 cleanerAt midday I got a call from them saying there’s an extra living room, bathroom and that it’ll cost another ~$300 extraQuite a big jump but it’s not like I had much choice since they’re already there. Felt like I was getting ripped off then but I agreedFor $1300+ I thought well I expect it to be spotlessly clean! Pay a little extra for a piece of mind?NoNobody notified us when they finished so we went back late at night to checkNOT spotlessThere were a few surfaces that weren’t clean and the laundry area looked like it wasn’t even touchedSo I was pretty annoyed. Sent them a message along with photos of the areas of concernThey returned call, sounding apologetic and said they’ll go back to clean it again, “Whenever you want” they saidTo be honest for that price I really hoped I didn’t have to waste time and worry about it anymore but there I wasSo we made an appointment later in the week which I had reschedule soon after due to COVID lockdown and the appointment was made for about a week’s time. So that’s all goodDay before the appointment, less than 24hrs they called me asking me to change the time because they were fitting some other jobs in.Starting to lose patience with them at that point but managed to find a time we agreed on(What happened to “Whenever you want”? guess they weren’t too sorry about it)THENAbout an hour before the appointment they called me again to ask if we could get there half an hour earlier. Which wasn’t possible for us. We are busy people and don’t wait all day for cleaners to come at their convenienceThat was the last straw really for meThey did come and finish the job with my brother watching and checking their workSoon afterwards I received a call telling me the work was done and reminding me to complete the payment, which I didI wish I have gone with another company.This is the most expensive bond clean service I have used and the only one I feel doesn’t deserve the high quoteNot only did they not do a throughout job initially. But their multiple rescheduling shows disrespect to me as a customer.Frankly I’ve wasted too much of my precious time dealing with them and to me, my time is more previous than the cash.

These guys saved the day!After another company cancelled my bond clean with less than 48 hours until we needed to hand back keys, I was left in a precarious situation of finding an emergency bond clean.Their communication is great, the clean was great, they called before they charged any extra, they organized pest control and it was overall a very easy experience.Local company too.Highly recommend, they do the job well and show up when they say they are going to.Big tick for me!

I lived on Rent in Gold Coast. Before vacating the house, my owner asked me to get the house cleaned. I thought it would be a big task for me and I got upset. I started searching for good cleaning services. After trying hard finally on google I found WhitePeak24 cleaning services. The More I appreciate them, the less I feel. These guys are so expert and experienced that they understood at once what I wanted them to understand. I just sat and watched them doing their work in such a good way that my owner praised them very much after seeing the cleanliness of the house.
