A pump, purchased from Midland Irrigation Kyneton, broke down after 2 ½ years and could not be repaired. The pump manufacturer was reluctant to replace the pump as it was out of warranty but due to the persistence and determination of Peter and Dean at Midland Kyneton the manufacturer finally replaced the pump with a brand new one at no cost. Peter and Dean were fantastic and certainly did everything possible for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Midland Irrigation Kyneton to anyone who requires their services or equipment.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called to buy a replacement part for our water filtration system, I was told one was on order and will be there within the next two days. Three days later I rang and was told it wasn't in yet and someone would call me if it arraives. Another three days past another call and again nothing, four days later another phone call and this time I was told it is at the other store and one of the employees.would bring it over with them the next morning. Again I called prior to driving the 30+km to the store only to be told that nothing came with the employee and the stock level at the other store was wrong. I finished up ordering the part online from a store in Dandenong on Friday and received on Monday in my letterbox.

Needed new electric water pump asap. Rang store and Scott recommended a Dab Esybox mini based on my needs. Gave price including promo offer. Went in picked up and Scott also helped me work out what fittings and hoses I would need. So would highly recommend

Midland Irrigation Kyneton supplied and installed an offstream stock watering system for my brother & I on our property at Tylden recently. The system consisted of pipework, tanks and troughs. As well approximately 1km of trenching for the pipework was done.At all times we were kept up to date on the progress of the job, the job was completed in the timeframe specified and the worksite was left in a clean state.Couldn't be happier about the job and would highly recommend Midland Irrigation Kyneton for any future works.
