Factory Lane Bed and Breakfast
The accomodation could not have been better for my wife and I. It had everything we could have needed for our stay, food, drinks, fruit, bread etc. The place was clean, neat and very comfortable.It's location was close to shops, hotels etc. As it was the only building being occupied at that time it was very peaceful and restful. Thank you Russel and Carmella.

Factory Lane Bed and Breakfast
We had a great night's sleep at Factory Lane B&B after riding from Beechworth. Very clean and comfortable, with breakfast of muesli, toast, fruit and pod coffee. Excellent location, an easy ride to The Cheese Company and Brown Brothers Wines.

Clean room, quiet location, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and close to all of Milawa's attractions.
