Wow. The staff here are super friendly, helpful and amazing... I got my handmade rattlesnake skin boots fixed and they were able to recommend and sell the perfect products for caring for the boots. This is a small business with a big heart and excellent equipment for any job. In a world where we are encouraged to throw things away, businesses like this give us the choice to reuse, reimagine and relove our old shoes!

The people here are very sweet and obviously care a lot about their job and their regulars. I came in to see if my 2nd-hand handbag could be fixed and the immediately dove in to that challenge and solved it. Their services are also very affordable and very great quality. Thank you very much!

Fantastic new location. I love the designated carparks out front. It makes it so easy to pop in! They have a great range of shoe care and are always really informative.

Very snappy when you take the parking even when you just need to pick up your order for 5mins from the shop beside it. I know it’s their designated parking but it was nearly 5pm and there was still empty carparks, the barbershop on the other end doesn’t yell at you for parking in front of them when you pick up your Thai takeaway cause they’ll know it won’t take long, it’s not as if customers are dining in. I’m sure some of this shoe shop customers are taking the carparks designated to other shops when they have two other customers who have already taken the 2 carparks in front of them. She’ll come out and yell at you, it’s embarrassing to be told off in public that loud.

Because they are a great place to go to get your marching boots from or get normal shoes done .

These guys have always done a great job of my shoes. They have put new heels on my current pair 5 times and kept them alive for 4 years.They have always given me great advice to care for my leather and how to keep them clean.

Very happy with the service I've had here on multiple occasions. Got some eyelets stamped in a belt that they did right away for me, and later they reconstructed the heels of my boots that had been deteriorating so they look almost good as new. I'm also waiting for the laces on my shoes to wear out so I can choose some cool new ones from their fun selection.Only complaint (if it can be called that; it's completely out of their control) is that they're kind of hard to turn in to, just because of how the road is laid out.
